All projects aim for Peace
Chairman Enver Yücel also talked about “Peace and Intercultural Activities,” adding Bahçeşehir University commemorated the Jewish Scientists that had contributed to Turkish higher education with the “University Reform” conference held in conjunction with the Paris-based Aladdin project. He said, “We have established the BAU ‘Voice of Cultures’ chorus” benefiting from Istanbul – the City which gathered numerous cultures into one. Bahçeşehir University will also contribute to the “Balkan Bridges project” which will be held on 25 November in Edirne to address the recent happenings in Balkans and to bring eternal peace.

Enver Yücel was born in 1957 in Giresun and he studied at Hayarpaşa High School that was a boarding school. After he graduated from the Mathematics Department of the Atatürk Education Institute at Marmara University, which is now known as the Marmara University Faculty of Education.
